Chief Scientist for Eco-Safe Systems (OTCPK: ESFS) to Conduct Exclusive Webcast Interview with The Green Baron Report to Discuss How its Technology Produces Clean Food and Water

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 9) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) announces that its Chief Scientist Dennis R. Harp, Ph.D. will conduct an exclusive new audio-taped webcast interview so that ESFS shareholders and the investment community can learn more about the Company’s breakthrough Ozone disinfection systems, recent contracts, and future plans. Dr. Harp is also Director of Patent Application and Customer Education. Unrestricted access to the webcast will be available beginning on Tuesday, October, 14 at www.TheGreenBaron.com.

The Green Baron Report also issued a new “Stock Pick” profile dated Wednesday, October 08, 2008 to its members and is available on their website. The report focused on how Eco-Safe disinfection systems are a key way to increase profit in supermarkets and restaurants by safely increasing shelf life of food by 4 to 25 days, and how Eco-Safe Natural-Clean laundry systems can provide hotel chains a “green” way to save money.

About Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc.

Eco-Safe Systems, based in Los Angeles, is the manufacturer of patent pending water treatment and water reclamation systems. Our technologies produce ozonated water at significantly less maintenance cost and greater energy savings than our competitors. We currently offer supermarkets and restaurants a cost effective way to safely extend the shelf life of meat, poultry, seafood, fruits and vegetables. Additionally, Eco-Safe’s Natural-Clean Ozone laundry system can help commercial laundries eliminate most chemicals and save money on heating and water costs while extending the life of fabrics. Eco-Safe’s acquisition of Ozonetics, an ozone disinfection company based in Albuquerque, NM, was completed in September 2008 with critical sanitation applications to the enormous dairy industry. Other expansion plans include distribution of water purification and desalinization products. For more information go to www.ecosafeusa.com.

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 7) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce an Annual Stockholders’ Meeting scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 24, 2008, to be held in The Palisades Room of the Courtyard by Marriott, 15433 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91403.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, “We plan a very positive report for our stockholders this year. Our financials are good, orders keep coming in, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has just informed us they will be listing our MD-1500 and R-1000 Ozone Systems for use in Canada.”

“Also, the first installation at Seafood City, a leading seafood retailer, has been so successful that they are speeding up installation of subsequent Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems. Further good news, Eco-Safe is in the final stages of negotiation with a Five-Star Hotel for a laundry system, and is negotiating with a large poultry operation for a wastewater treatment and reclamation system. As several efforts are nearing completion, we hope to have even further positive announcements to our stockholders at the meeting,” said Elliot.

USDA & FDA Regulated HACCP Training to be Integrated into Eco-Safe Services

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 16) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce future integration of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) training into services offered to Eco-Safe clients through certification of Eco-Safe staff.

HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety. HACCP programs for the meat and poultry industries are regulated by the USDA, and HACCP programs for seafood are regulated by the FDA.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, "Victor M. Ramirez will be overseeing the HACCP certification of Eco-Safe staff. Victor is President of Stealth Logistics, a company which has instituted and administered HACCP programs in North America and Europe for twelve years. This will allow us to provide another valuable service to our clients and make our Disinfection Systems even more valuable.”

According to Mr. Ramirez, “Throughout my company’s history, I have never found a product that helped to revolutionize my HACCP programs like Eco-Safe’s Ozone Disinfection Systems. Eco-Safe Systems have made a great contribution to the application of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures). In the past I had to worry about traceability of the chemical compounds I was using to kill bacteria as required by law.”

“The use of Eco-Safe’s Ozone Disinfection Systems has now given me the ability to save hundreds of hours on paperwork as well expedite inspections and audits by Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies.”

“The use of Ozone affords us extra time necessary to focus on the HACCP Plan itself, thus creating a golden image and reputation to our customers. Also, Ozone is a great bacterial ‘immunizer’ and gives my customers the ability to promote their image as Green Companies for the minimum amount of chemicals used during sanitation procedures, as well as preserving the labeling of Organic products.”

Eco-Safe Finalizes Acquisition of Ozonetics, Inc.

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 9) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce completing the acquisition of Ozonetics, Inc. an ozone disinfection company, based in Albuquerque, NM, currently focused on the dairy industry.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, "We are pleased to have acquired Ozonetics, Inc., and look forward to rapidly expanding into the U.S. dairy industry. Ozonetics is in the final stages of testing for the Department of Agriculture, and has met with Agriculture Officials last week in that regard. Pending final government approval, a large commercial dairy company with more than 100 herds of cattle has already indicated a desire to install the new Eco-Safe System, to be marketed under the name, “Dairy-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems.”

“We are also pleased to announce that Jim Gray, formerly head of Marketing and Development for Ozonetics, has been chosen to head Eco-Safe’s Dairy Division and bring our Dairy Systems to market. Jim is currently coordinating efforts with Eco-Safe’s Chief Technical Officer and Head Engineer regarding system design.”

Dairying is the number one agricultural business in nine states, including California and New Mexico. New Mexico has the largest average dairy herd size in the nation, nearly twice as large as any other state.

Eco-Safe Systems, a leader in Green-Technology, focuses on Ozone food-safety and water-purity intervention systems with services ranging from food disinfection to water reclamation and water desalination. Eco-Safe believes its patent-pending processes raise the bar on food safety and environmental sustainability, while decreasing costs and risks to businesses, the public and the planet.

Eco-Safe Signs Supermarket and Restaurant Chain

LOS ANGELES, CA (Sept. 2) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce the installation of Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems in the Seafood City chain of Supermarkets and Restaurants.

Seafood City owns and operates 30 Supermarkets and Restaurants throughout California and Nevada, and plans on integrating Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection systems throughout their chain. The initial commitment is to install Eco-Safe’s largest Ozone Disinfection Systems in four of their supermarkets.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, “We are very pleased to add Seafood City, another chain of Supermarkets and Restaurants, to our list of clients. Seafood City did extensive testing of our Ozone Disinfection Systems and found their performance was so good that they could abandon costly and inferior technologies previously employed in their stores.

"The Food Industry is beginning to understand and appreciate Eco-Safe green technology and the value it adds to their operations.”

Seafood Processor Chooses Eco-Safe to Expand for Large Markets

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 11) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce that when a well known Los Angeles Seafood Processor recently expanded into larger facilities in order to serve large grocery chains, they chose Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems as their primary disinfection system.

Upon receiving the order for the Eco-Safe system, Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, "Our disinfection systems sell themselves, which is allowing us to outpace our sales for 2007 this year. This is a client familiar with Eco-Safe, so when they expanded into a new facility more than twice their original size, they did not hesitate to purchase a $50,000 system.

"This client processes and prepares pre-packaged seafood products for major U.S. retail outlets, including one of the leading U.S. grocery chains, so product quality and safety are extremely important issues. They leased one of our smaller systems for use in their original location for a number of years, so they were quite familiar with the many advantages of Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems.”

Eco-Safe Signs Agreement for the Acquisition of Ozonetics, Inc.

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 5) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce signing an agreement with Ozonetics, Inc. an ozone disinfection company, based in Albuquerque, NM, currently focused on the dairy industry.

Eco-Safe was attracted to Ozonetics because of the results of recently completed testing by Ozonetics showing ozone as a green, best-practice disinfection alternative to all other chemical systems with critical sanitation applications to the enormous dairy industry. All of their testing has been under the oversight of the Department of Agriculture. As well as sanitizing milking equipment, Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection could also greatly impact general dairy cleanup. Pollution from the Dairy Industry in California has become a serious problem, with over $1billion allocated by the state for its cleanup.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, "I am pleased to have entered into a “fast track” agreement to the acquisition of Ozonetics, which we believe will lead to an acquisition within the next 30 days. Ozonetics is a perfect fit for us and gives Eco-Safe an immediate entrée into the large and lucrative dairy industry. This is a $31 billion industry in California alone and is currently heavily dependent on expensive and powerful chemicals.”

Dairy is the number one agricultural business in California and New Mexico, and New Mexico has the largest average dairy herd size in the nation, nearly twice as large as any other state.

Once acquired, Ozonetics will be the basis of an Eco-Safe division dealing directly and exclusively with the dairy industry. We will initially focus our marketing in New Mexico and California on large-herd dairies. Initial responses from the agricultural businesses and groups operating in the industry have been extremely positive.”

Eco-Safe Announces $15M Funding Initiative for Supermarkets

LOS ANGELES, CA (July 8) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce a Funding Initiative of up to $15,000,000 to make Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Technology cost-free to Supermarket Chains.

Eco-Safe has just negotiated with a private investment group for up to $15M in capital. This will provide funding to dramatically increase the rate at which Eco-Safe Technology can be purchased by Supermarket Chains at zero net cost.

Studies have proven that Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems make money for Supermarkets by decreasing spoilage in the perishable departments of Meat, Seafood, and Produce. According to a recent survey of over 10,000 supermarkets, reducing waste in these departments alone can substantially boost their profits. Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, "Having teamed up with an investment group, we are offering a 6 month deferred payment plan which gives the supermarkets a huge window of opportunity to pay for the Eco-Safe System from the surplus profits accumulated during the 6 months free use of our units. It is truly a unique win-win situation."

Elliot added, “In this tight economic climate, we can now provide our preferred clients with a deferred payment plan, where the savings of the Eco-Safe System pays for itself. We believe so strongly in our Systems and their benefits to the Supermarket Industry that we are willing to put up the money to save food and increase profits when food costs are skyrocketing. We are in the process of contacting every major Supermarket Chain in the United States with this offer.”

To view the documentation detailing how significant Eco-Safe prevention of spoilage can be to the Supermarket Industry, please visit www.ecosafeusa.com/SupermarketSurvey.pdf.

Michael Elliot, President, said, “We are very pleased to be able to release our latest Certified Audit showing Eco-Safe as a profitable company with strong growth. Eco-Safe Announces Results of Challenge Study of Ozone vs. Chlorine

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 17) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to report excellent results from a commissioned challenge study of disinfection effectiveness of ozone vs. chlorine.

Several months were spent designing testing protocols for a study which would measure the relative killing power of ozone vs. chlorine against Salmonella spp, Staphylococcus aureus, and E. coli O157:H7. This study was commissioned by Eco-Safe upon the request of a large fast-food restaurant chain. The study was designed through the joint efforts of Dr. Al Baroudi, President of Food Safety Institute, International (FSI) and the restaurant chain mentioned previously, and was executed by a reputable third party commercial institution licensed to handle and study pathogenic bacteria in the U.S.

The data generated in this study proved the Eco-Safe ozone wash procedure to be 10 times more effective than a 20 parts per million (ppm) chlorine wash on produce tested with a high bacterial load. Chlorine at 20 ppm is the historical disinfectant of choice when a kill intervention process is applied for produce items destined for public consumption in the fast food and retail foodservice industry. However, during the investigation phase of project planning, it was discovered that in many cases, end-point distributors of these products do not utilize a chemical wash procedure of any type, including chlorine. For this reason, Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems are designed to automatically provide disinfection to the water whenever the tap is turned on, requiring no special employee intervention or training.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., said, “Although there are many published scientific studies which document the superiority of ozone vs. chlorine disinfection, one of our prospective clients requested a specific study pitting ozone and chlorine against certain deadly bacteria found in our food supply. As anticipated, this study found significant benefits from using ozone rather than chlorine disinfection, not the least of which is ozone’s green, organic protection, creating none of the carcinogenic by-products associated with chlorine.

One of the factors which warranted such an expensive study was the demand that the testing conditions conform to real-world situations in the foodservice industry. We went to great lengths to refine testing procedures which would speak directly to our clients’ needs,” added Mr. Elliot.

“E. coli 0157:H7 devastated the spinach industry 2 years ago and Salmonella saintpaul has already crippled the tomato industry this season. Ozone water disinfection can deliver many benefits which will increase food quality and safety at a lower cost to producers and processors,” said Dr. Baroudi. He added “At a time when some consumer victims are paying for this unnecessary agony with hospitalization, or even death in some cases, as well as when the nation’s growers, brokers, restaurants and food retailers are suffering from millions of dollars in lost business, Ozone Disinfection is a government-approved intervention process which can be used for safety, illness prevention, and to rebuild consumer confidence in the food industry.”

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., said, “For 2007, Shareholder Equity has more than doubled, total assets increased more than 272%, and our cash and accounts receivables have more than tripled. Since Eco-Safe is a non-reporting company, we did not need to commission this audit, and few companies in our position would do so. However, Eco-Safe ordered this independent audit to provide our shareholders and bankers with the most accurate information possible.

We now have 11 units on demonstration with some of the strongest names in the supermarket industry. Given our past conversion ratio of 86% from demonstrations to sales, we can expect significant increases in all areas in 2008.”

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. said, “We are pleased to announce our first sale of our Ozone disinfection systems for use in animal care facilities. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce notice from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) that it has accepted Eco-Safe’s application requesting approval of the Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems for use in Canada and that the evaluation process has begun.

Eco-Safe has reached a preliminary agreement with a major Canadian marketing organization to market the Eco-Safe products in that country, pending certification with the CFIA. A listing of Eco-Safe’s MD-1500 and R-1000 Ozone Disinfection Systems with the CFIA is necessary for Canadian supermarkets to install Eco-Safe products for food disinfection.

Eco-Safe Achieves Marketing Goal

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 27) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce the achievement of another goal in their corporate marketing plan.

In less than one week, three existing Eco-Safe customers placed unsolicited re-orders of Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Units, marking the realization of another goal in Eco-Safe’s corporate marketing plan. One of these customers ordered multiple R-1000-3 Disinfection Systems system-wide for all of their plants.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., commented that, “One of our primary marketing goals was to establish an industry awareness and satisfaction level on the part of our existing customers for them to re-order and expand the presence of our Disinfection Systems throughout their businesses. Spontaneous re-orders and new customers initiating contact outside our formal marketing efforts give us increasing sales volume with decreasing marketing cost per unit. These sales which do not require a direct marketing effort or expense by Eco-Safe add to our profit margin and lead us to believe that our name and the value of our products are becoming known throughout the food preparation industry.”

Eco-Safe Announces Breakthrough with New System

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 3) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce a technical breakthrough with the R-1000-3, its new Ozone Disinfection System, developed especially for cost and space efficiency in intermediate-size food industries.

Michael McCluney, Chief Technical Officer of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., said, “We found a need for an ozone disinfection system with capacity in-between a wide-area installation and the single sinks in fast-food restaurants. The R-1000-3 is ideal for larger restaurant installations and many custom food preparation facilities. Due to space limitations, even some large supermarkets can be better served with the installation of several wall-mounted R-1000-3 units with a very small footprint, rather than the much larger MD-1500 or MD-2000 used in processing plants and some supermarkets. The R-1000-3 also allows much faster turn-around time for installations and service.”

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., said, “One size does not fit all in the food industry, and we needed more flexibility to provide solutions for all our customers’ food disinfection needs.”

The R-1000-3 gives the same level of ozone disinfection as all other Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems, with much lower demands on space required for installation, as well as allowing the entire system to be replaced within minutes for service needs.

(PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce that a major customer, one of the nation’s largest supermarket chains specializing in organic foods, which has in recent months installed several Eco-Safe food sanitizer units, is submitting new orders for immediate installation of more units. Eco-Safe Internal Share Transfer Audit Completed

LOS ANGELES, CA (December 21) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce that its internal share transfer audit is completed.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. announced today the receipt of the final internal shareholder transfer audit, covering the period from the acquisition of the CF Green corporation in the summer of 2006 to the present.

Mr. Elliot was advised that the corporation is now in complete compliance with all state and federal securities regulations when certain notices to the Security Exchange Commission and to the California and Delaware Secretary of State were filed.

Although the audit concerned all stock issues since the acquisition of the CF Green corporation, all necessary SEC filings, referred to as Reg. D notices, were submitted during this month.

The results of the audit will be submitted to Eco-Safe’s CPA firm, Mendoza Berger for inclusion in the next certified audit.

Two Major Chains Organize Testing of Eco-Safe’s Restaurant Unit

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 15) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce its R-1000 Ozone Disinfection System, developed especially for restaurants, has been selected for testing by two fast-food restaurant chains.

Testing of the Eco-Safe’s model R-1000 is already under way at a popular restaurant chain with over 1000 locations. A second restaurant chain, with over 3000 locations, is currently preparing testing protocols for the R-1000 with the assistance of Eco-Safe’s technical personnel.

The fast food chains were attracted by the R-1000's disinfection capabilities and exceptional price point formulated on a cost per sink per day basis, with an open-ended lease.

A key ingredient of Eco-Safe’s marketing program for the R-1000 is this very favorable leasing arrangement, previously negotiated by Eco-Safe with its leasing company and now made available to restaurant chains. Using this leasing tool with the excellent sanitizing characteristics of the R-1000, Eco-Safe’s goal is the rapid penetration of the huge nationwide restaurant market in the United States. This leasing program provides immediate payment to Eco-Safe with no contingent liability.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., said, “With a marketplace of over 90,000 fast-food restaurants seeking ways to eliminate food contamination, the R-1000 is an exceptionally attractive product both for Eco-Safe and restaurants because it combines exceptional food safety benefits with a high return on investment.”

Eco-Safe Systems USA and CapNet Partner on Green Financing

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 19) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is partnering with CapNet to finance the sale of Eco-Safe ozone water disinfection systems.

Dustin White, CEO of CapNet said, “Being part of the business community means placing an importance not only on the well being of our customers but on the well being of our environment. We at CapNet are committed to contributing to the betterment of the environment by taking an active role in financing Green Businesses.”

Earlier this year, International Marine Products added Eco-Safe’s friendly ozone water disinfection system at its fish processing plants nationwide, with financing through CapNet.

International Marine Products processes an average of eight tons of seafood daily and distributes high-end fish to top Sushi and Seafood restaurants across the country. Gomi Yoshitomo, CEO, wanted to find a cleansing system unlike the traditional chlorine based process that is harmful to employees and to the environment. Yoshitomo discovered that Eco-Safe’s Ozone Disinfection System was 100% toxin-free and sanitized his fish up to 3,100 times faster than chlorine.

“The number one priority for my organization is quality. We can now offer our customers a product that has a longer shelf-life, with half the work because there’s no mixing of chemicals or washing chlorine off the fish,” Yoshitomo says. “We were able to find a solution that was better for our customers, our employees and the environment.”

Working with CapNet made financing International Marine Products’ equipment quick, easy and painless. “I don’t have time to go to the bank for my financing and go through all the hassle…I wanted a finance company to handle that for me,” says Yoshitomo. “Leasing with CapNet allows me to write off my capital equipment rather than depreciate it over time and the monthly payment is much easier from an accounting standpoint.”

International Marine Expands Eco-Safe Ozone Water Disinfection System To More Seafood Processing Plants

LOS ANGELES, CA (May 21) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS), a leader in Ozone food-safety and water-purity intervention systems, is pleased to announce that International Marine Products, Inc., a seafood processor using the Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection System in its Los Angeles facility, has completed the purchase of additional Eco-Safe units for its Las Vegas and San Francisco plants. The company expects to purchase an additional unit for its Phoenix facility later in the year.

International Marine currently processes an average of eight tons of seafood daily.

Mr. Yoshitomo Gomi, CEO of International Marine said, “The Eco-Safe Ozone Water System helps ensure that our seafood is properly washed, disinfected and safe to eat. The use of ozone water in the plant also helps increase the shelf life of fish and eliminates odor. These important benefits come with an overall cost savings to International Marine.”

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, added, “We are pleased that International Seafood is expanding their use of Eco-Safe ozone water disinfection technology throughout their processing facilities.”

Ozonated water intervention systems address the need to protect the public against a wide range of contaminants that can affect the food supply. They eliminate the use of harsh chemicals like chlorine, pesticides and bactericides. Ozonated water is also environmentally friendly since it disappears after 20-30 minutes of use.

Eco-Safe’s patent-pending process raises the bar on food safety and environmental sustainability while decreasing costs and risks to businesses, the public and the planet.

Eco-Safe Ozone Water Technology to be Featured at International Halal Conference Presentation

LOS ANGELES, CA (April 24) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS). Dr. Ata Baroudi, President of Food Safety Institute, International (FSI), will offer a presentation on Eco-Safe Systems USA called “Ozone: The Organic Silver Bullet for Food Safety and Profit,” at the 9th International Halal Food Conference. The conference takes place in Skokie, IL from April 21 to 24.

Dr. Baroudi is a distinguished food safety executive who has held quality assurance and food safety positions with Yum Brands!, Vons Companies, Inc. (a division of Safeway Inc.), Harry and David, and Borden, Inc. He was selected for the Halal Food Conference based on his combined expertise in food safety and ozone water disinfection technology.

“Ozone water disinfection technology is of particular interest to the Halal industry because of its organic nature,” said Dr. Baroudi. “Ozonated water improves food disinfection while eliminating the use of harsh chemicals like chlorine, hot water, pesticides and bactericides. Ozonated water is also environmentally friendly since ozone disappears after 20-30 minutes in water. In addition, the FDA amended the food additive regulations in 2001 to provide for the safe use of ozone in gaseous and aqueous phases as an antimicrobial agent on food, including meat and poultry.”
